Assistant Resident Engineer / Hard Landscape Engineer

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in the field of Civil & Structural Engineering.

Min. 5-8 years relevant experience in the Landscape Industry with several years in the Arabian Gulf area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant Resident Engineer / Senior Landscape Architect
• Assist the ARE in the review and approval of hard landscape construction works for the Contract Areas.
• Carry out on site Inspection of Hard Landscape works for the ARE and LCMT.
• Prepare and be responsible for elements contractual documentation management for the LCMT on specific projects.
• Provide quality control of Hard Landscape construction and O&M works.
• ‘As Built’ drawing checking and coordination with consultants and LMS.
• General Contractor liaison and monitoring as required and directed by the ARE. Maintenance of LPT’s irrigation materials databases.

Salary: (15,000-18,000 Dhs per month)
